  • Our Sunday School and Youth Group lessons for this week are based off of Zechariah 12-13.

    Verse of the Week:
β€œThen they will call upon my name, and I will answer them. I will say, β€˜They are my people,’ and they will say, β€˜The Lord is my God.’” Zechariah 13:9

Here are a few questions you can ask your kids to help engage with them throughout the week:

    1. What do you think it means to mourn over our sins? Why is this important?

    2. Why do you think Jesus quoted Zechariah 13:7 to His disciples before His crucifixion?

    3. Think back to how we see God’s heart for the β€œleast of these” in this passage. Can you think of people in your life (in your family, at work, in your neighborhood, etc.) who might feel forgotten or looked down upon? How can you mirror God’s heart toward them in the way you relate to them?

    Main Takeaway:

We need both an outward victory over our enemies and an inward spiritual cleansing. Both of these are made possible through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, the good shepherd who was stricken for our sin.

  • We're here to come alongside you as you disciple your children!

Here is one resource we thought might be helpful to you this week:

Discover the profound nature of God through Summit Ministries' article, "The Attributes of God: Why They Matter & What They Are". This insightful resource explores key attributes like omnipotence, omniscience, and immutability, explaining how understanding these qualities shapes our faith and perspective of God’s sovereignty. It’s perfect for sparking meaningful discussions with your students! This article provides a clear, scripturally grounded view of who God is and why His attributes matter for everyday faith.

We hope and pray that this helps you as you disciple your students. Remember, we are here for you and your kids. Please feel free to reach out if you're facing any challenges.
